FRONT DESK
The Front Desk is the first point of contact for Kanaloa’s owners, guests, and visitors. It is operated by Castle Resorts and Hotels for Kanaloa’s on-site rental program but provides registration and other services for all Kanaloa owners and guests. It is a centralized source of information for Security, Grounds, and Maintenance. The Front Desk provides many concierge services, such as holding mail and packages, checking out sports equipment, making court reservations, printing documents, providing information services, and welcoming our guests to Kanaloa.
MAINTENANCE
Kanaloa at Kona has a very skilled and talented Maintenance department headed by Ken Albert. It is available to all owners for most interior upgrades, and every effort is made to do the requested work with Maintenance personnel. However, if this is not possible, they can provide recommendations for outside contract services. If you need work done, call Ken or Jenny Zimmer, the Maintenence Admin, at (808) 322-1015. You can also request a cost estimate for your project.

Kanaloa grounds are temporarily maintained by Puna Landscaping. Gary Duguran is their supervisor, and he is in close contact with .Jim Heather.
The employees of Puna Landscaping, have many years of experience caring for properties up and down the Kona-Kohala coast. They have pledged to continue to maintain Kanaloa's parklike grounds.
